An accepted lead is a UK homeowner who asked for a solar quote, lives in your agreed postcodes, owns the property, and gave a real name, full address and phone number that we verified before the lead reached you. For heat pumps, we agree the checks for your service before you order.

What happens if a solar lead is wrong?
If a lead misses the standard
Got a bad lead? Hit reply and tell us which one. We replace it, free. No claims form. No seven-day countdown. No 'your account manager will review your case.' Wrong number, wrong area, not the homeowner. Replaced, whenever you spot it.
A homeowner who hasn't picked up yet isn't a bad lead. That's a reason to call again fast.
The exclusivity bond
If we ever supply a lead from your locked postcodes to another installer while you hold an active balance, your remaining balance is refunded in full.

How much does that make a customer cost?

Do you sell solar panel leads as well as solar PV leads?
Solar panel, solar PV and solar-with-battery enquiries follow our solar pricing. Air source heat pumps use the same pricing structure, with lead checks agreed for the heating work you install.
Is there a minimum order?
You buy leads in blocks. We agree the number of leads and delivery schedule before you buy. You finish that block, then decide whether to order another.
Do I have to run any marketing myself?
No. The lead price includes generating the enquiry and delivering it to your team. You do not pay a separate advertising budget for lead blocks.
Am I tied into a contract?
There is no monthly subscription for lead blocks. You agree and pay for a block, then decide whether to order another when it is complete. Your order is covered by our terms.
What if a solar lead has a wrong number or is outside my area?
Hit reply and tell us which lead. We replace it, free. There is no seven-day claim window. A lead that missed the standard is replaced whenever you spot it. A homeowner who has not picked up yet is not a defect; that is a reason to ring again quickly.
Are solar leads shared with other installers?
No. We supply one installer per area. Every lead generated in your postcodes goes to you and is never resold to anyone else, at any point. That is bonded, not just promised: If we ever supply a lead from your locked postcodes to another installer while you hold an active balance, your remaining balance is refunded in full.
How quickly do leads arrive?
We agree the delivery route and schedule before launch. Availability and timing depend on your actual area, criteria and order; submitting the form does not start supply.
Does £45 apply to my first order?
