The journey

How are the leads delivered?

We can send leads by email, or check whether we can connect to your CRM. The steps below show how our solar leads work. We’ll explain the heat pump checks and agree how to send those leads before you order.

The standard

What if a solar lead misses the standard?

An accepted lead is a UK homeowner who asked for a solar quote, lives in your agreed postcodes, owns the property, and gave a real name, full address and phone number that we verified before the lead reached you. For heat pump leads, we’ll agree what we check and what happens if the details are wrong before you order.

The Four-Point Accepted Lead Standard

  1. 01

The homeowner asked for a solar quote and consented to a named installer contacting them.

  2. 02

The property is inside your agreed postcodes.

  3. 03

    They own the property.

  4. 04

The name, full address and phone number are real and reachable, and we verified them before the lead reached you.

If a lead misses the standard

Got a bad lead? Hit reply and tell us which one. We replace it, free. No claims form. No seven-day countdown. No 'your account manager will review your case.' Wrong number, wrong area, not the homeowner. Replaced, whenever you spot it.

A homeowner who hasn't picked up yet isn't a bad lead. That's a reason to call again fast.

Why we can afford to

We can afford to work this way for one reason: every lead is verified before it leaves us. When you check the goods before they ship, you don't need a complaints department.

Reply to the lead email and tell us what was wrong.

See which leads turn into jobs.

Keep track of who you called, who booked a survey and who bought from you. We’ll agree how to share updates so we can spot problems with the leads or how they reach your team.

Only share the customer details needed to resolve a problem or review a lead. Our privacy notice explains how we use that information. Buying a lead doesn’t guarantee a survey or a sale.

Who is pay-per-lead for?

UK solar and heat pump installers who have room for more work and someone ready to call new leads. Answer a few questions to see your order options.

  • Ready to call Someone on your team has time to call new leads.
  • Room for more work You know roughly how many jobs a month you want.
  • We run the ads You want to buy leads without managing ads yourself.
  • Your postcodes You know where your team can travel for solar and heat pump jobs.

A lead starts a customer conversation. Your team still arranges the survey and wins the job.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

First leads, delivery method, who calls the homeowner, and what happens if your area is taken.

How long until I get my first lead?

We’ll agree a start date and tell you when to expect leads before you order. This depends on your area and the leads you need.

Do I need to run any marketing myself?

No. The price of your leads includes our advertising and the checks we agree with you. There’s no separate ad bill or monthly management fee. You still cover your own sales and installation costs.

How do the leads reach my team?

We can send leads by email. If you use a CRM, tell us which one and we’ll check whether we can send leads there before you order.

Do you call the homeowner first?

Your team makes the sales call. We’ll explain how we check each lead before you order. We don’t sell an exclusive lead to another installer, but the homeowner can still contact other companies themselves.

Can I stop?

You pay for a block of leads. Once we’ve sent the leads you ordered, you decide whether to buy more. There’s no monthly subscription for lead blocks. Your order sets out the payment and cancellation terms.

What happens if my solar area is already taken?

We tell you straight away rather than selling you the leads anyway. One installer per area is the whole product. We will not put two of you in the same postcodes.

What does it cost?

Solar and heat pump leads cost the same, from £45 per accepted lead. Prices vary with order size and repeat orders. Get your lead options to see your price. Answer a few questions to see your order options before you buy.
