Most clients see their first leads within 7-10 days of campaign launch. It takes 4-6 weeks to fully optimise for your specific market.

Do you guarantee results?

We don't guarantee specific numbers (anyone who does is lying). We do guarantee our process, transparency, and that we'll do everything possible to hit your targets.

Do Meta ads work for solar?

We've delivered 939 leads at £20 each for a UK installer. It works. The question is whether your sales team can close them.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the PoweredLeads website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

PoweredLeads provides lead generation services for solar installation companies, including but not limited to:

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising management
Landing page creation and optimisation
Lead delivery and tracking
Campaign reporting and analytics

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate business information
Respond to leads in a timely manner
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not share leads with third parties
Pay all fees as agreed

4. Payment Terms

Management fees are billed monthly in advance
Ad spend is paid directly to Meta by the client
Payments are due within 7 days of invoice
Late payments may result in service suspension

5. Cancellation Policy

Services are month-to-month with no long-term contracts
Cancellation requires 14 days written notice
Pausing services incurs a £250/month holding fee (max 2 months/year)
No refunds for partial months

6. Lead Quality

We strive to deliver high-quality, exclusive leads. However, we cannot guarantee:

Specific lead volumes or conversion rates
That all leads will result in sales
Lead quality during seasonal fluctuations

Our published results are based on historical performance and are not guarantees of future results.

7. Intellectual Property

All ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies created by PoweredLeads remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all business information, strategies, and performance data shared during the engagement.

9. Limitation of Liability

PoweredLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PoweredLeads harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes to active clients.
