Why don't you charge a percentage of ad spend?
Because it creates bad incentives. If we charge 20% of spend, we're incentivised to tell you to spend more. Our fixed pricing means we're incentivised to get you results, not inflate your budget.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade with 14 days notice. No penalties.
What if I want to pause?
You can pause for up to 2 months/year with a £250 holding fee. Keeps your campaigns and data ready for restart.
Do I need a minimum ad budget?
We recommend at least £1,500/month in ad spend to see meaningful results. Below that, the data is too thin to optimise properly.
